2.1. Pure Coaching Service Provider: 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. is strictly a professional sports coaching service provider. We do not operate as a licensed travel agency or tour operator under the Singapore Travel Agents Act (Cap. 334).

纯滑雪教学服务商： 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 是一家纯粹的专业体育滑雪教学服务提供商。根据新加坡《旅行社法案》（第334章），本公司不作为持牌旅行社或旅游运营商运营。

2.2. Excluded Travel Arrangements: We do not package, sell, or arrange international air travel, domestic transport, hotel lodging, visa processing, or personal travel insurance. Clients are solely and strictly responsible for booking their own travel arrangements, accommodations, and entry visas.

不提供旅游配套服务： 本公司不组合打包、销售或代办国际机票、境内交通、酒店住宿、签证办理或个人旅游保险。学员须完全自行负责预订个人行程、住宿和入境签证。

2.3. Resort & Lift Pass Policy: Unless explicitly specified in writing as part of an official resort coaching package, clients are responsible for purchasing their own resort lift passes directly from the ski resort operator.

雪场缆车票政策： 除非在官方雪场教学配套中另有明确书面说明，学员须自行直接向滑雪场运营方购买滑雪缆车票。

2.4. Strictly No Online Coaching or Advice: 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. provides 100% strictly in-person, on-mountain snowboard coaching services conducted physically at designated ski resorts in Xinjiang, PRC. We do not offer, sell, or provide any online coaching, remote technical analysis, virtual video reviews, digital consulting, or distance learning services. Any information on this website or communicated via email is strictly informational and does not constitute remote coaching.

严禁任何线上教学与远程咨询： 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 提供 100% 严格纯线下、山地实地单板滑雪教学服务，均在中国新疆指定滑雪场现场开展。本公司不提供、不销售也不涉及任何线上教学、远程技术分析、虚拟视频复盘、数字咨询或远程指导服务。本网站上的任何信息或通过电子邮件交流的内容仅作为信息参考，不构成任何形式的远程教学。

3. THE RESERVATION FLOW: ONLINE TO OFFLINE / 预订流程：线上咨询至线下签约

3.1. Nature of Online Submissions: Any form submission made through the "Book Now", "Book your slot", or "Reserve" buttons on this website constitutes a provisional inquiry and date preference request only. It does not constitute a finalized booking, a guaranteed spot, or a binding commercial service contract.

线上提交性质： 通过本网站“立即预订”、“预订席位”或“预约”按钮提交的任何表单，仅构成临时咨询和意向日期申请。这并不构成最终确定的预订、保证的席位或具有约束力的商业服务合同。

3.2. Transition to Offline Execution: A binding contract is only formed once 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. reviews your online submission data, sends a formal Snowboard Coaching & Participation Agreement alongside an official corporate invoice via direct email, and receives your required funds within the specified hold window.

线下合同签署： 只有在 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 审核您的线上提交数据、通过电子邮件发送正式的《单板滑雪教学与参与协议》及公司正式发票，并在指定的保留窗口内收到所需款项后，具有约束力的合同方告成立。

4. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS, LEGAL CAPACITY & MOUNTAIN SAFETY / 预订要求、法律行为能力与安全声明

4.1. Advance Booking Window: During peak snow season (December to March), clients must submit course inquiry requests at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to their preferred course start date. Instructor allocations fill rapidly due to limited capacity.

提前预订窗口： 在雪季高峰期（12月至次年3月），学员须至少在首选课程开始前 14 天（2周）提交课程咨询申请。因教练席位有限，名额分配较为紧俏。

4.2. Minimum Age & Legal Capacity: Snowboard coaching is available to individuals aged 6 years and above. In accordance with Singapore legal capacity standards for commercial contracts (Civil Law Act 1909), all clients under 18 years of age must have their formal Snowboard Coaching & Participation Agreement, liability waivers, and health declarations executed by a parent or legal guardian.

最低年龄与合同行为能力： 滑雪教学面向 6 周岁及以上人群提供。根据新加坡商业合同法律行为能力标准（《民法法案》1909），所有 18 周岁以下的学员，其正式的《单板滑雪教学与参与协议》、免责声明及健康声明必须由父母或法定监护人签署。

4.3. Inherent Physical Risk Disclaimer: Snowboarding is an inherently high-risk alpine sport involving risks of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. Submission of an inquiry via this website acknowledges that coaching takes place in extreme mountain environments in Xinjiang, PRC. All participants must execute a full Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, and Medical Declaration form prior to course commencement.

4.3. 高危运动风险提示： 单板滑雪属于高风险高山体育运动，存在导致严重人身伤害、残疾或死亡的潜在风险。通过本网站提交咨询即表示您知悉教学将在中国新疆的高山严酷环境中进行。所有学员在课程开始前必须签署完整的《风险自担与免责声明书》及《健康状况声明书》。

4.3.1. Non-Exclusion of Liability: Nothing in these Terms, or in any waiver, release, assumption of risk, or consent form executed by you, shall exclude or limit 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd.'s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

4.3.1. 责任不可排除： 本条款或您签署的任何免责声明、风险自担书或同意书中，任何内容均不得排除或限制 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 因其自身过失导致的人身伤亡责任，亦不得排除或限制任何依据适用法律不可排除或限制的责任。本条款不影响您作为消费者依法享有的任何法定权利。

4.3.2. Mandatory Personal Insurance Coverage: All participants must, prior to course commencement, obtain and maintain personal insurance that specifically covers:
(a) snowboarding and/or skiing as a high-risk activity;
(b) emergency medical treatment and hospitalization in the People’s Republic of China; and
(c) emergency evacuation and repatriation.

Standard travel insurance policies frequently exclude snowboarding and other high-risk alpine sports from coverage. Participants are solely responsible for verifying that their policy provides adequate protection for the activities undertaken. Proof of insurance coverage must be provided to 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. prior to the first coaching session. Failure to provide proof of adequate insurance may result in denial of participation, without refund.

This requirement operates independently of, and does not limit or replace, any safety obligations owed by 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. to its participants.

4.3.2. 强制个人保险要求： 所有学员必须在课程开始前购买并维持有效的个人保险，该保险须明确涵盖：
（一）单板滑雪和/或滑雪作为高风险运动；
（二）在中华人民共和国境内的紧急医疗救治及住院治疗；以及
（三）紧急救援及遣返。

标准旅游保险通常将单板滑雪及其他高风险高山运动列为除外责任。学员须自行核实其保单是否对所参与活动提供充分保障。学员须在首次教学课程前向 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 提供保险证明。未能提供充分保险证明的，可能导致无法参加课程，且不予退款。

本保险要求独立于 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 对学员所负有的任何安全保障义务，且不限制或替代该等义务。

4.4. Resort Rules & Local Regulations: Clients must strictly comply with all mountain safety rules, resort regulations, and local laws imposed by the operating ski resort (e.g., Jiangjunshan Ski Resort) and PRC authorities.

4.4. 雪场规范与本地法规： 学员必须严格遵守服务所在滑雪场（如将军山滑雪场）及中国相关监管部门制定的所有山地安全规则、雪场管理规定及法律法规。

5. DEPOSIT WINDOW, CALENDAR HOLDS & PAYMENT MILESTONES / 定金保留期与付款节点

Due to our exclusive coach capacity, instructor schedules are strictly managed.

因教练席位有限，教练档期采取严格管理。

5.1. Temporary Calendar Hold (48 Hours): Upon issuance of the formal agreement and payment invoice via direct email, requested course dates and instructor assignments will be held on a temporary basis for forty-eight (48) hours.

临时档期保留（48小时）： 在通过电子邮件发出正式协议和付款发票后，申请的课程日期和教练安排将临时保留四十八（48）小时。

5.2. Initial Deposit (50%): A non-refundable initial deposit equal to 50% of the total course fee must be received in full within 48 hours of invoice issuance to confirm the reservation and lock in instructor availability.

首期定金（50%）： 必须在发票开具后 48 小时内全额收到相当于课程总费用 50% 的不可退还首期定金，以确认预订并锁定教练档期。

5.3. Short-Notice / Peak Bookings (Within 30 Days): For bookings executed 30 calendar days or fewer prior to the course start date, requested dates are held for twenty-four (24) hours, and 100% full payment is required within 24 hours of invoice issuance.

临近/高峰期预订（30天内）： 对于在课程开始前 30 个日历天或更短时间内签署的预订，申请的日期将保留二十四（24）小时，且须在发票开具后 24 小时内支付 100% 全款。

5.4. Automatic Release of Dates: If confirmed proof of payment or remitted funds are not received within the specified hold window (48 hours standard / 24 hours short-notice), the temporary hold will automatically expire without prior notice, and the instructor slot will be released immediately.

期自动释放： 若未在指定的保留窗口期内（标准 48 小时 / 临近预订 24 小时）收到确认的付款凭证或到账资金，临时保留将自动失效，恕不另行通知，教练席位将立即释放。

5.5. Final Balance (50%): The remaining 50% balance is due no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date. Failure to settle the balance by the 30-day mark entitles 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. to cancel the booking, forfeit the initial deposit, and reallocate the instructor.

余款结算（50%）： 剩余 50% 的余款须不晚于预定课程开始前三十（30）个日历天付清。若未能在 30 天截止节点前结清余款，43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 有权取消预订、没收首期定金并重新分配教练席位。

6. PAYMENT CHANNELS & CURRENCIES / 支付渠道与币种

All payment instructions, invoices, and QR codes are issued separately via direct email following onboarding review. Payments are accepted through official corporate channels:

所有付款说明、发票及付款二维码均在背景审核完成后通过电子邮件单独发送。付款须通过以下官方对公渠道进行：

Singapore Dollar (SGD) Payments: Singapore-based clients may pay via PayNow Corporate using our Unique Entity Number (UEN: 202617960K) or local FAST/GIRO bank transfer.

新元（SGD）支付： 新加坡本地学员可通过 PayNow Corporate（对公支付，UEN: 202617960K）或本地 FAST/GIRO 银行转账支付。

International & Foreign Currency Payments: International clients may remit funds via Airwallex local collections or bank wire transfers (supporting SGD, RM（Malaysian Ringgit）, USD, HKD, RMB（CNY）, AUD, EUR, and GBP).

国际及外币支付： 国际学员可通过 Airwallex 本地收款账户或银行电汇付款（支持 SGD、RM(马来西亚令吉)、USD、HKD、RMB（人民币）、AUD、EUR、GBP）。

Transaction Fees & FX Charges: All bank wire fees, intermediary transfer charges, and foreign exchange conversion costs are borne entirely by the client. Invoices must be settled in full, net of transfer deductions.

交易手续费与汇率差额： 所有银行电汇费、中间行转账费及外汇兑换成本均由学员完全承担。发票金额须全额到账，不得扣除转账手续费。

7. TIERED CANCELLATION & REFUND SCHEDULE / 退改与退款政策

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@431adventures.com. Deductions are calculated strictly from the calendar days remaining prior to the course start date:

8. ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING TERMS / 补充取消与改期条款

8.1. Administrative Fee: RMB 300 per person administrative fee for cancellations made more than 60 days in advance covers merchant fees, banking charges, and administrative overhead. It is non-refundable.

行政手续费： 提前 60 天以上取消预订所扣除的每人 RMB 300手续费，用于覆盖支付渠道手续费、银行服务费及行政管理成本。该费用不予退还。

8.2. Deposit Retention: If the deposit paid exceeds the calculable refund amount under the tiered schedule, the entire deposit will be retained.

定金保留： 若已支付的定金金额超出按阶梯政策可计算的退款金额，已付定金将全额予以保留不予退还。

8.3. Voluntary Abandonment: No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be granted for late arrivals, missed sessions, or voluntary departure after a course has commenced.

自愿放弃： 课程开始后，因迟到、缺席或自愿中途退出，均不予退款、不发还延期信用额度，亦不安排补课。

8.4. Medical Exceptions: Cancellations due to illness or injury prior to or during a course are evaluated individually upon presentation of an official medical certificate or official doctor's note. At our reasonable discretion, having regard to the circumstances and any supporting medical evidence, partial credits or rescheduling may be offered. In making this assessment, we will act in good faith and take into account the timing of the cancellation, the severity of the illness or injury, and the actual impact on instructor scheduling. If a monetary refund is unavailable, an official cancellation receipt will be issued to support travel insurance claims.

8.4. 特殊伤病例外： 课程前或课程期间因伤病取消的，须出具官方医疗机构开具的诊断证明/假条。本公司将进行个案评估，并根据具体情况及所提供的医疗证明，以合理酌情权决定是否提供部分课程信用额度或改期安排。在评估时，我们将遵循诚信原则，并考虑取消通知的时间、伤病的严重程度及对教练档期安排的实际影响。 如无法提供现金退款，本公司可开具官方取消凭证以协助您向保险公司申请理赔。

8.5. Force Majeure & Resort Closures: Full refunds or rescheduled coaching sessions apply only in the event of an official total closure of the ski resort due to extreme weather or local government directives. Any non-refundable third-party costs incurred directly on your behalf will be deducted prior to refund issuance.

不可抗力与雪场关闭： 仅在因极端天气或当地政府指令导致雪场官方全面关闭的情况下，方可适用全额退款或重新安排教学课程。在发放退款前，将扣除已为您代付且无法退还的第三方费用。

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY NOTICE / 个人数据保护与隐私声明

9.1. Multi-Jurisdictional Privacy Framework: 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the People's Republic of China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL - 中华人民共和国个人信息保护法), the EU/UK GDPR, and other applicable laws.

多司法管辖区隐私框架： 43.1 Adventures Pte. Ltd. 尊重您的隐私，并根据新加坡《个人数据保护法案 2012》(PDPA)、《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》(PIPL)、欧盟/英国 GDPR 及其他适用法律处理您的个人数据。

9.2. Collection & Purpose: By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of your personal data (including full name, contact information, country of residence, snowboarding skill level, emergency contact details, and physical health declarations) for onboarding review, course allocation, payment processing, insurance verification, and mountain safety enforcement.

收集与使用目的： 提交咨询或使用我们的服务，即表示您同意我们收集、使用和处理您的个人数据（包括姓名、联系方式、居住国家/地区、单板滑雪水平、紧急联系人信息及身体健康状况声明），用于背景审核、课程分配、支付处理、保险核验及山地安全保障。

9.3. Sensitive Personal Information: Under PRC PIPL and global standards, physical health condition declarations, medical certificates, and emergency contacts constitute sensitive personal information. We will obtain your explicit consent to its collection and processing solely for evaluating physical fitness for high-risk sports and ensuring on-mountain emergency safety.

9.3. 敏感个人信息： 根据中国 PIPL 及国际标准，健康声明、诊断证明和紧急联系人属于敏感个人信息。我们将取得您的明确同意，仅用于评估高危运动适应性及保障雪场紧急救援安全。

9.3.1. Separate Consent (PRC Consumers): For consumers residing in mainland China, we will obtain your separate consent (单独同意) for the processing of your sensitive personal information and for the cross-border transfer of your personal information to Singapore, in accordance with Articles 29 and 39 of the PRC Personal Information Protection Law. Such separate consent will be obtained through a standalone affirmative action (such as a dedicated consent checkbox) prior to the collection of your information, and will be independent of your acceptance of these Terms.

9.3.1. 单独同意（中国消费者）： 对于居住在中国大陆地区的消费者，我们将根据中国《个人信息保护法》第29条及第39条的规定，就处理您的敏感个人信息以及将您的个人信息跨境传输至新加坡，另行取得您的单独同意。该单独同意将在收集您的信息之前，通过独立的明确操作（例如专门的同意勾选框）取得，且独立于您对本条款的接受。

Cross-Border Data Transfers: As a Singapore-registered entity delivering coaching physically within Xinjiang, PRC, your personal data may be stored on secure cloud servers in Singapore and transmitted cross-border to authorized operational and coaching personnel in China strictly for class setup and safety compliance under appropriate safeguards.

9.4. 跨境数据传输： 本公司为新加坡注册实体，教学服务在中国新疆境内实地履行。您的数据可能存储于新加坡安全的云服务器，并在具备合理安全保障的前提下，跨境传输给中国境内授权的运营及教练人员，用于课程安排与安全合规。

In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, ambiguity, or contradiction between the English version and the Chinese translation, the English language version shall prevail, govern, and take precedence for all legal interpretations and enforcement actions, subject to Clause 12.1 below.

本政策采用英文与中文双语对照编写，旨在方便客户阅读。若英文版本与中文译本之间存在任何冲突、差异、歧义或矛盾，在遵守下文第12.1条的前提下，在进行所有法律解释和执行行动时，应以英文版本为准并具有优先效力。

12.1. Carve-Out for Consumers Residing in Mainland China: Notwithstanding Clause 12 above, if you are a consumer residing in mainland China, and if there is any conflict, discrepancy, ambiguity, or contradiction between the English version and the Chinese translation, the Chinese version shall prevail to the extent required by mandatory PRC law. Nothing in this Section 12 shall be construed as a waiver of any rights you may have under mandatory PRC consumer protection law.

12.1. 中国大陆地区消费者的例外： 尽管有上文第12条的规定，如您是中国大陆地区消费者，且英文版本与中文译本之间存在任何冲突、差异、歧义或矛盾，在中国法律强制性规定要求的范围内，应以中文版本为准。本节第12条中的任何内容，均不得被解释为对您依据中国消费者保护强制性法律所享有的任何权利的放弃。

12.2. Interpretation in Favour of Consumer: Where any provision of these Terms is ambiguous, it shall be interpreted in favour of the consumer to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.

12.2. 有利于消费者的解释： 本条款中的任何规定如有歧义，应在适用消费者保护法律要求的范围内，作出有利于消费者的解释。
